Boneless Pork Loin Chops

Boneless Loin Chops are basically the sirloin of the pig. They are from a cut that runs perpendicular to the spine and gives strength to the pigs movement. We usually go for a 12mm gauge on the fat so they are not to lean but not too fatty.

Boneless loin pork chops one of the leaner cuts and most tender on the whole of the animal and are usually served as individual portion unless you are feeling a little piggish then you may go for two!

To cook these little beasties you can grill them , bake them , fry them or even use them for the family BBQs. The meat flavour is quite subtle so any flavour you put on them will stand out.
