Pork Chops (Bone In)

Our Bone In Pork Chops are taken from the rib end of the loin of pork. Because it comes from the rib end you will find it has a rib bone attached which the primal you will enjoy chewing around!

Our pork is always British and sourced as local as possible from farms we recognise as reputable and have good standards of welfare.

The pork chops we sell come with about 12mm of fat around the edge with a nice bit of rind for the tastiest crackling. These are good grilled, fried or baked and make an amazing meal. Usually served as individual portions however if you are feeling a little piggish you may want two!
