Our Pork Spare Rib Chops are taken from the shoulder of the animal. They are a bone in chop however this is easy to remove art home if you are needing an easier life or feeding fussy kids! The Spare rib pork chops we sell are the fattiest of the chops but the most flavoursome for that very reason.

These chops are nice marinated , grilled fried or even in a slow cooker.
