Tomahawk Steak

Our Tomahawk Steaks come from the wing rib of the sirloin. This is where we get our sirloin steaks from.

It is called a tomahawk steak because it should resemble an tomahawk and is an American term . The Americans have a steak name for almost every part of the animal because they worked out long ago that if you put the word steak before anything boneless you can sell it for more money!

This steak really is amazing and should really be shared however...... if your a big man then have a go!
