A butterflied leg of lamb is a whole leg of lamb that has been completely de-boned and been opened up allowing the consumer ( or chef) to cook the whole leg about 50% faster and over a hotter heat.
These are perfect for the BBQ or just at home in the oven for an easy life. They are easy to carve due to the lack of bone . If you choose the Royal mint and rosemary option it has an oil based marinade so is perfect for the BBQ.
