How many legs has a lamb got?

Well two legs and two shoulders! The shoulder is a great option for a long and slow cook and is very difficult to get wrong due to the amount of fat and bone it contains. The meat just flakes off after a long time in the oven . Best cooked fat side up in our opinion.

We think a lamb shoulder is a must for anyone who is cooking lamb for the first time as it is difficult to get wrong and is so versatile.
