Whole Chicken
Our Whole Chickens are "grade A Barn-reared" generally because they seem to carry a bit more natural fat and have a softer texture but we do have an option for the Devonshire free range which has lived most of its life outside if you prefer that.
We always source our chicken from reputable farms that have good animal husbandry standards
A whole chicken can make the perfect Sunday or mid week roast. Maybe add a little fresh Thyme and lemon zest to the chicken for an extra bit of zing..!
Tip: If you buy a lot of chicken you can save a lot of money by cutting it up yourself at home.
