Minted Lamb Chops

For our Minted Lamb Chops we use lamb rumps as they are boneless and easy to cook. They used to be called lamb chump chops but we have since gone back to using the term they are commonly known by ....lamb rump steaks.

The mint we use is a garden mint and goes perfectly with mashed potatoes, this is one of our Bashford and Co family favourites.
