What is an Ox Tail?
Ox tail is what it says on the tin ( well ours does not come from tin!)...the tail of an ox.
It is a product full of the natural fat and galantine needed to make a nice soup or stew. We suggest mixing up a bit of shin with your oxtail to make your dish a little more meaty but each to their own!
