Rolled Sirloin is one of our more premium roasting joints with a price tag that reflects this. It is the back muscle of the beast that holds it all together so is full of flavour and lovely tenderness.

There are many stories about this one but the one we like is that King henry the VIII loved the cut so much that after a few drinks one evening he knighted it giving it the Sir title.

A great way to end the week and to treat your guests to something a little more special that a standard joint.
