Chicken Thighs


Chicken Thighs are undoubtedly the most flavoursome part of the chicken and possibly make the best meat for curries and the type. The Chicken thigh is the top part of the leg that bears all the weight of the chicken therefore making it a well used muscle.

These chicken thighs can be used for casseroles ,soups, stir-fry's and curries. In fact you can just pan fry these with a bit of salt and pepper and they are amazing.
