Diced Lamb


Our Diced Lamb usually comes from the leg, however sometimes we use neck fillet. As with most lamb products it will contain a little natural fat but in our opinion this helps it cook and adds a lot of flavour. If you like it super lean then you may need to get your knife out and give it a once over to prepare it just how you like it.

This option is perfect for curries, casseroles, pies and where ever you need a nice boneless lamb product.
