Lamb Breast Roulade


Our Lamb Breast Roulades are breast of lamb that have been delicately deboned and then rolled up into a roulade. The lamb breast roulades can then either roasted or you could un roll them and roll up what ever you like in them. For example you could roll up some lemon and thyme stuffing or prunes and almonds  if you are going Moroccan!

They are best cooked long and slow until they start to crisp up.
