What are Lamb Cutlets?
Lamb Cutlets are the most tender part of the lamb and are taken from the ribs. They are delicious if cooked quick under the grill on on the BBQ. When you have 2 or more left as one piece they are called a rack of lamb or best end. We French trim all of our lamb cutlets to make them even easier to cook and make the eating experience that little bit more delicate.
