Themed BBQ

£20 per person. Minimum amount of people is 30. Please select quantity as the amount of people to feed. 

Each option offers 3 different types of meats and two sides 

The meat and sides will be served on biodegradable plates or bento style boxes and also have biodegradable knives and forks. Good quality napkins will also be provided.

Texan Cowboy

• Meats: Texan steak kebabs , crispy chicken skewers, herby sausages
• Sides: Texan style BBQ re-fried beans , homemade slaw 

Spanish Harbour

• Meats: Spanish harbour chicken skewers, Chorizo sausages , Spicy beef patties 
• Sides: Spanish style green bean and tomato salad, Papas arrugadas (wrinkly potatoes)

Moroccan Madness

• Meats: Moroccan style lamb kebab, merguez lamb sausage, Spicy chicken skewer
• Sides : Lemon and pomegranate cous cous , Salads Moroccan 

English Empire

• Meats: Home made Olde English sausages, Homemade B & co 1/4lb Burger with Brioche bun, Crispy chicken skewer.
• Sides: Mixed baby leaf salad with dressing , Home made coleslaw

Jamaica Me Crazy

• Meat :Authentic Jerk chicken pulled into a Steamed Brioche bun, Spicy beef patties, Lamb chipolatas
  
• Sides: Spiced rice & peas , mixed baby leaf salad

U.S.A Stateside

• Meat: B&Co 1/4lb Cheeseburger with brioche bun, Mini hotdog ,BBQ chicken wings
• Sides: Baked Mac N Cheese,BBQ baked beans
