English Farmhouse Bacon
All The Bacon we sell comes from a farm in Wiltshire and is processed using minimal nitrates to a 100+ year old recipe, also the pork is British and free range.
The unsmoked is obviously unsmoked therefore you get the flavour of the demerara sugar coming through but the smoke is genuinely Oak smoked again using traditional methods unlike modern techniques that use a lot of nitrates to keep it pink and smoky flavour and colour painted unto the de-rinded back.
Back bacon come from the loin and streaky comes from the belly and is usually a little more fatty.
