We believe that less is more when we put our meats through a process . With our Homemade Bashford and co Beef Burgers we only use 80% visual lean meat from the fore quarter of the body and mix with a pinch of salt, cracked black pepper and organic eggs. This also makes our product gluten free...woohoo . All you need then is to build your burger...!  Enjoy
