Rolled Pork Leg


Our Rolled Leg Of Pork has a central leg bone that gives a lot of flavour to this joint. This is definitely one of the leanest joints you can but as the leg never really carries a lot of fat. You will find you will not get much crackling either due to the lack of fat ( Better go for shoulder if you like crackling)

Leg is very flavoursome and juicy and to cook just keep it in the oven until the juices run clear.
