Boneless Rolled Pork Shoulder


Our Boneless Pork Shoulder is always British and is also known as neck end of pork. When the bone is left in is sometimes referred to as a Boston butt cut. The fat content of this cut always leave the joint with a succulent and fail safe way of cooking pork.

This joint is perfect for slow roasting and gives an amazing amount of crackling. Even longer and slower process of cooking can result in the pulled pork we all know and love,
