Diced Chicken
For our Diced Chicken we just use chicken fillets . This gives a nice lean product for all sorts of dishes including all sorts of curries , stir fry's and casseroles.
First seal the diced chicken in the frying pan with a dusting of flour to keep the juices in and then its ready to add to your chosen dish.
