Pork Belly

Pork Belly is a cut from the underside of the pig. It would be the equivalent of the brisket of the pig. Because the pig has not quite got a six pack its belly contains a lot of fat which is perfect for slow cooking and roasting.

Pork belly is particularly popular in Hispanic, Chinese, Danish, Norwegian, Korean, Thai and Filipino cuisine

All the pork we use comes in as whole carcase and is taken from native breeds from farmers we trust.
