Our Pork Belly Ribs are taken believe it or not from the belly! We basically just skin off the belly of pork and take off the membrane from the inside of the ribs. Some places call these ribs Louisiana ribs or meaty ribs, to us this is just how ribs should be otherwise you are literally buying the bone.

Our pork is sourced as local as possible and is all farm assured.
