Pork Shoulder (Bone In)


Our Bone In Pork Shoulder is often referred to as neck end or Boston butt cut when used fore pulled pork but we think it just sounds better as shoulder.

This cut is perfect for the long and slow approach to cooking as it just falls apart. The thought of slow roasted pork and apple sauce does it for us.

Tip: If you have excess pulled pork just put in Tupperware's and freeze for a heart warming lunch.
