Pork Tenderloin

Our Tenderloins are taken from just on the inside of the loin. They are a fairly tasteless cut due to their lack of use on the body of the pig however they are the most tender part. This is the equivalent to the fillet of beef.

If you are having a stir-fry or pork escalope's these are great as they just stay tender.
