Home Made Sausages


All the Sausages we sell are Home Made using free range British pork. We use natural hog skins for the casing as our standard not the modern collagen ones.

The flavours we sell are unique to Bashford & Co using our many years of experience in sausage making. We have put five different options on this website which we will move around seasonally as we have about 15 different flavours in our secret recipe book.

All the sausages we sell contain a minimum of 95% pork and are home made in one of our butcher shops.
