Hog Roast

Half Pig 30-60 people: £885
3/4 Pig 70-100 people: £1150
Whole Pig 140 people: £1400
We use only the finest English free-range pigs for our Hog Roast Service. Specially chosen for purpose (so you get the best crackling ever!) and prepared in our butchery. You will get a choice of baps and rolls when ordering your service along with a choice of stuffing. The Hog Roast will be served up with Stuffing, Bramley Apple sauce and Coleslaw . .
Salads can be added at a rate of £3 per person. These are found on the booking form.
Although it takes about 8 hours to cook a whole pig we give you 3 hours of service as we start cooking the pig before we come to you, thus saving money on staffing and being able to pass that saving on to you!
Half a pig will feed between 30-60 people and a whole pig will feed about 140-150 people.

Baron of Beef Roast

50 people: £1400
This is the mother of all spit roasts in our opinion! Prime free-range English Baron of Beef (the Rump and Loin) matured for a minimum of 30 days, spit roasted for about 4 hours - depending how you like your beef.
This is served with a choice of rolls or floured baps, creamed horseradish and English mustard. Salads can be added for £3 per person. Other sauce options are available upon request.

Lamb Spit Roast

25 people: £875
We find the Manx Laughton breed from the Isle of Mann tastes best for this lamb roast option but you will get a choice. The 20kg lamb is prepared in our butchery before being roasted for about 4 hours until crisp and tender.
The sliced spit roasted lamb will be served in a choice of pitta bread or floured baps with mint jelly or sweet chilli jam. Other sauce options will be available upon request. Salads can be added for £3 per person.

 

Spit Roast Chicken

£15 per head

A spit roast chicken catering service offers a delightful culinary experience, perfect for various events such as weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings. The service typically includes the preparation and cooking of succulent whole chickens on a rotating spit, ensuring even cooking and a crispy finish. Served with a range of delicious side dishes, it provides a hearty and memorable meal for guests. Professional caterers handle everything from setup to serving, allowing hosts to enjoy the event without worrying about the food.

Bespoke BBQ

£20 per person. Minimum amount of people is 30. Please select quantity as the amount of people to feed. 
As this product is completely bespoke, you can chose more meats upon request via e-mail. The meat and sides will be served on biodegradable plates or bento style boxes and will have biodegradable knives and forks. Napkins will also be provided, there is nothing worse than washing up after a BBQ... half cut !
